A webinar to mark the launch of the Just Transition Alliance will take place on Thursday 10 March 2022 from 12.30-13.30 hours.
The Just Transition Alliance was founded to help ensure that the practice and principles of a Just Transition are at the heart of the national policy response to climate change. Founding members include: Irish Congress of Trade Unions, SIPTU, Fórsa, Friends of the Earth and TASC.
Guest Speakers include:
- Sharan Burrow, General Secretary of the International Trade Union Confederation
- Kevin Callinan, President of the Irish Congress of Trade Unions
- Oisin Coghlan, Director of Friends of the Earth Ireland
