We request that ICTU make contact with each affiliated union and ensure that their regional offices set up and maintain communications, with Trade Union Councils around the country. Furthermore, we request that each union encourages local branch activists to affiliate with their local Trade Union Councils in order to unify and strengthen the union movement at a local level.
