Bullying

Conference: ondemns the increasing incidence of bullying, including cyber bullying, and acts of violence perpetrated on workers in the education sector;calls on the employers of education workers to ensure that a safe working environment, free from violence, is provided for every employee; demands the Departments of Education in both jurisdictions come together with the trade union movement to: (i) launch a campaign to highlight these issues; (ii)develop a joint approach to eradicating these behaviours in the workplace.
