Trade Union Commission

Congress endorses the proposal submitted by the Executive Council, based on the work of the Trade Union Commission, for achieving a revitalised and restructured trade union movement. The Executive Council is hereby directed to implement this proposal commencing with preparation of a new Draft Constitution for consideration by a Special Delegate Conference.
