The Right of Trade Union Access

This conference calls on the incoming Executive Council to campaign and lobby government for the introduction of The Right to Trade Union Access legislation which will give union representatives the legal right to enter workplaces in order to carry out the legitimate functions of trade unions such as representation, organising and recruitment of workers.
