[a] condemns the reckless pursuit of a hard Brexit by elements within the United Kingdom government.
[b] instructs the NIC to lobby the parties to the Brexit negotiations to ensure that trade unions headquartered outside of the UK have their right to organise and represent workers in N. Ireland protected and maintained in the event the UK leaves the EU.
