Publicly Funded Projects

This conference calls for all publicly funded projects to only be awarded on the basis of total compliance with Sectoral Employment Orders, Registered Employment Agreements and National Collective Employment Agreements where applicable and that any contractor which is proven to be non-complaint should be removed from public project work tender lists.
