Trade Unions across the EU this week congratulated the Italian Government on becoming the first European country to ratify ILO Convention 189 on Domestic Work. More here
Italy becomes the 7th in the world to ratify the Convention - thanks to the efforts of the Italian trade unions and domestic workers. Congress is actively seeking ratification of the Convention here in Ireland.
