Today, 26 September, 2014, marked the launch of the trade union Polish Network in Ireland. Official website here
Minister of State for Equality, New Communities and Culture, Aodhan O Riordain, launched the network and wished it well, looking forward to working with us into the future. Mr Piotr Rakowski, Charges d'Affaires of the Embassy of Poland in Dublin and Mr Jerome Mullen, Polish honorary Consul in Northern Ireland also addressed the meeting and were thanked for the support of the Polish Government for the network.
30 trade union members, mainly Polish Workers and trade union members, participated in the event.
