About 100 workers, members of the Congress Construction Committee, protested on Friday morning against the rampant misclassification of workers as self-employed (bogus self-employment) at the National Children's Hospital site in Dublin.
General Secretary Patricia King was present to support workers taking part in the protest and handed over a letter to Jack Curley of BAM Ireland, the construction company on site.
Members of SIPTU, OPATSI, UNITE, BATU and UNITE took part in the demonstration.
