The Congress Public Services Committee voted to approve the Public Service Stability Agreement by an aggregate ballot of the Committee on Monday 18 September 2017.
The Agrement will mean that by 2020, almost 90% of public servants will be free of 'FEMPI' pay provisions, with almost one quarter having exited FEMPI pension levy payments.
