Congress reiterates it's call for immediate ratification of the International Labour Organisation's Convention 189 - Domestic Workers Convention, 2011 (Convention concerning decent work for domestic workers). In December 2011, the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC) launched the "12 x 12" worldwide campaign on getting 12 countries to ratify ILO Convention No 189 by the end of 2012.
