ICTU Guidelines on Prevention of Bullying and Harassment for Trade Union Activists

This guide has been produced by the ICTU Health & Safety Committee and encapsulates the recent review by the HSA and WRC of their respective Codes of Practice on Bullying in the Workplace to produce one single code of practice 'Code of Practice for Employers and Employees on the Prevention and Resolution of Bullying at Work' which came into effect on 23 December 2020.  This guide also avails of the guidance provided in the IHREC Code of Practice on Sexual Harassment and Harassment at Work.
