Equality legislation requires employers to make reasonable accommodation to enable disabled workers to carry out their work on an equal footing with others. This passport system provides a confidential live record of the barriers people face and the accommodations that have been agreed to prevent or reduce its impace in the workplace. Congress has joined with Ibec to launch this passport scheme.
