NIPSA is Northern Ireland's largest public sector trade union representing over 44,000 members in the civil and public services as well as the community and voluntary sector.

NIPSA negotiates on behalf of members on all aspects of their employment including pay and conditions of service. NIPSA strives to play a leading role in trade union campaigns to defend public services.
